Building the
foundation
to your wellbeing.

Welcome to one-on-one pelvic health care designed around you,
provided by therapists who specialize exclusively in women’s health.

The pelvic floor is a group of muscles at the base of your pelvis that supports the pelvic organs, prevents leakage, plays an essential role in intercourse, and maintains your stability. These muscles, along with the core and diaphragm, provide a foundation to your female body. At Female Foundations, pelvic floor therapy is always one on one, in a private room, with a specialized pelvic floor physical or occupational therapist. Your therapist will help you build strength, (re)connect with your body, restore function, and regain confidence that pelvic floor issues may have taken from you.

WHY CHOOSE FEMALE FOUNDATIONS?

At Female Foundations, our therapists believe that each woman deserves individualized care based on their unique gynecologic and orthopedic history rather than a uniform, cookie-cutter approach you see elsewhere. Every woman deserves to be heard and helped, at any stage in life. Our therapists specialize exclusively in pelvic health conditions, making them true specialists in the field. At Female Foundations, we have helped many women who have “failed pelvic therapy” with other providers and have given them their life back.
Here, you won’t be hooked up to a machine or handed off to a tech. You will always feel welcome in a facility specialized in the care of women and their children, and a room designed for pelvic health therapy.
At Female Foundations, our pelvic health physical and occupational therapists provide comprehensive, whole-person care. While each therapist brings unique expertise and perspectives, both are trained to evaluate and treat pelvic health conditions using a combination of movement assessment, exercise, hands-on techniques, nervous system regulation, functional strategies, and education. By collaborating as a team, we ensure every patient receives the most well-rounded, evidence-based care possible.
